Drive Time is an independent driving school in Carharrack, offering driving lessons and courses to suit all ages and abilities throughout the Camborne, Pool, Redruth, Truro, Portreath, Perranporth, Falmouth and Penryn areas.

Your instructor will be Martin Scane and you will learn in a modern Renault Clio Campus 1.5 (diesel).

About Martin

I have many years of experience in teaching people of all ages and abilities within Cornwall and I have an excellent pass rate.

As well as providing driving lessons and courses to learner drivers of all ages and abilities, I also offer advanced, Pass Plus and eco-driving courses.

I am an instructor on the National Driver Improvement Scheme and a member of the Institute of Advanced Motorists and the Driving Instructors Association. In adition I have passed the DIAmond Advanced Special Driving Test which is coveted by all driving instructors (but achieved by few) and is considered to be both the most difficult to achieve and the most stringent measure of driving ability available in Britain.

I believe in an open, friendly and relaxed approach to driving tuition. I’m known for being extremely patient and encouraging towards nervous or worried learners.

Instruction will be very much tailored to the personality and needs of each individual because everyone’s different and will progress at different speeds.
